We will be honest: Recognizing that all people make mistakes, we will admit and take responsibility for them. We know as an employee benefit broker, we can not be all things to all people and will be up front with those persons who are better served elsewhere.
We will be timely: Our clients and prospects want things done quickly. We will work within the client's or prospect's timeline and be flexible to their schedule. We return telephone calls the same or next day at the latest.
We will be thorough: Doing things from beginning to end is important. We will look not only at specifics that may be important at the time, but also at long range goals of each client. In today's legal and legislature environment, we make sure our client's interest are covered and protected. We will look at our clients as clients, and not just a group number.
We will educate: We acknowledge that insurance can be complicated and a large part of our mission is to explain in an understandable way, the concepts, coverage, conditions and exclusions in insurance policies. We want our clients to be well informed so they can make intelligent decisions regarding their benefit program.
We will be compassionate and friendly: Insurance is dealing with people. We recognize that when our clients call us, many times they are involved in catastrophes and situations which are difficult, frustrating and economically as well as physically painful. We always take this into consideration and work hard to be empathetic with our clients.
